Energy Fuels anticipates submitting the Material License Application and Environmental Report to the State of Colorado in the 4th Quarter of 2009. We hope to have State approval of the License and begin construction on the mill by the 2nd Quarter of 2011. Energy Fuels is currently in the early stages of conducting one year of “baseline” studies defining current conditions on and near the site, including air, groundwater, surface water, soil, vegetation, radiation, and wildlife.
